2. Use of your Personal Information
GT Energy collects and uses your personal information to operate the GT Energy website and deliver the Services. 4. How Do We Respond to ‘Do Not Track’ Signals?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information. California consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of the consumer’s personal information. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third Party Marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not sell your information to third parties.
